Our founder, Anne LaTourelle

Anne has a unique background having experience in sales, sales management (inbound teams/outbound teams/virtual & remote teams/lead generation teams) and sales training/coaching.

Her first role in sales was a commission/draw position as a head hunter where she quickly became rookie of the year and was promoted to managing a team where she could coach for success. She continued her sales experience experiencing roles of lead generation, inside sales and outside sales gaining familiarity and understanding of all sales roles. She spent 10 years helping a  small custom manufacturing organization grow from 1 million in sales to 7 million in sales by rejuvenating the sales process, markets of focus and improving soft selling skills.

Anne elected to move into sales training spending 3 years as a consultant training sales teams, coaching individuals and improving results before being recruited back into the mainstream as a sales trainer. She spent the next 3 years traveling across the country helping train food brokers on soft selling skills that make a big difference. Not just what are you selling but how to sell, how to position, how to over-come resistance and sell on something other than price.

Anne returned to her passion of consulting in 2016 focusing on training/coaching not just sales teams but leadership, management and helping create successful teams.

Anne’s industries are far reaching include manufacturing (plastics, media, food), services and intangibles. She is passionate about helping companies, teams and individuals improve their sales skills resulting in successful organizations and passionate, raving employees!

Her style is very inclusive, engaging stakeholders and sales teams alike to ensure that all are heard and involved in the process.
